What do I receive when I order a template from you?
As soon as we receive your payment, you will receive the download link of the ordered template. You will be receiving the link(s) to download the .zip(s). The .zip file(s) contains the SKIN/THEME file(s), read me.txt and PSD (Photoshop) file along with the fonts used.
I couldn’t extract the downloaded files. What’s wrong?
Please make sure that you have downloaded the entire source file of the template from the download link provided. In order to extract the downloaded .zip file, you will need to install WinZip software on your computer. You may download the WinZip software from here. Please report your download issues by clicking here.
What payment gateways do you support?
The payment gateways that we support currently are PayPal and Credit Card. We would be supporting Google Checkout, Moneybookers and Authorize.net in future.
What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the purchased templates?
You are allowed to edit the templates. You are not allowed to claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. You cannot make more than one project using the same template.
What software do I need to edit your template?
You will need to install Adobe Photoshop / Dreamweaver or any Text editor. Adobe Photoshop is a popular graphics editing package and Dreamweaver is a Web development application. You can download the trail version from the Adobe website.
What’s the major difference between Unique and non-unique purchase?
Unique: If a template under Unique is purchased, the purchased template will be permanently removed from our listing. You will have exclusive ownership for that template.
Non Unique: The non – unique templates can be purchased repeatedly by the customers.
Can I order the template with the help of Cheque payment?
Yes, you can order the template using Cheque payment via PayPal and Moneybookers. The template source will be dispatched, once the cheque is realized.
How can I refund my money?
You can contact Cogzidel support team by clicking here. We will analyze the reason behind your request for refund and deal with it.

I have not received the download link of the template I ordered?
Please contact our billing department with your payment information such as Transaction id, email address and the template id ordered by clicking here.
Will you provide mockups before I pay you for the custom template?
No, we will be providing mockups after receiving a payment of 50 % of the cost as an advance for the custom template.
Does the Boonex template you offer are license removed?
No. The Boonex template that we offer is not license removed.
Do you sell Boonex licenses?
We do not sell Boonex Licenses. The licenses can be purchased from www.boonex.com. Cogzidel Templates is an official partner of Boonex Dolphin Community.
Will the Dolphin 6 template I purchased be compatible with dolphin 7 as well?
Unfortunately not! We are in the process of upgrading Dolphin version 6 to Dolphin version 7. You may order either the Dolphin version 6 or Dolphin version 7 as per your requirements. If you want to upgrade your Dolphin 6 template to Dolphin 7, please click here.
Why do I see the boonex ads on the bottom of the template?
Boonex ads will be seen on the bottom of the template since Boonex dolphin scripts are provided for free. The Boonex ads will disable only for the licensed Boonex scripts
What after sales service do you provide for your templates?
We will address the issue on the template for FREE, provided if the bug had arised during the development of the template. However, you will need to get back to us within the 4-5 business days from the day of purchase. Please provide your payment information along with the issue.
Will you offer free installation for your templates?
We charge a nominal fee for the installation. Please contact our Cogzidel support team by clicking here.
Am I allowed to sell your FREE Templates by making some changes to it?
No, we do not allow you to resell the free templates.
Do you allow your customer to resell your templates?
No, you cannot resell or re-distribute our templates.
Is the user allowed to remove the Links at the bottom of the template powered by Cogzidel Templates website?
No, the user is not allowed to remove the Link at the bottom of the template powered by Cogzidel Templates website.
How well is the user content, personal Information protected?
The user information will be secured and would not be given to third party. The Payment through Credit Card and PayPal are governed by themselves respectively.
How do I un-zip the template after I download it?
You will need to have WinZip – Compression software type to un-zip the template in your computer.
What’s the best editor to use to modify a template?
You will need a Text editor to modify a template. We would recommend Adobe Dreamweaver to modify a template.
I like the designs in the template but I want to know if I would be able to change the colors? (or) How do I change the colors of the template after purchase?
